RCHC Internal Evaluation
The Regional Center for Healthy Communities (Metrowest) is very excited to have conducted an evaluation of our efforts for the first time in 2009.
For this initial evaluation we looked at satisfaction with our services through interviews with coordinators of coalitions and community health network areas (CHNAs) following the completion of specific activities led by the Regional Center and at the end of the fiscal year. We shared these results with our newly formed Community Advisory Board and used their feedback and guidance to develop action steps for the coming year.
