Community News

The Disparities Action Network will host an event on Investing in Healthy Equity: Taking action to reduce the cost of health disparities on January 26 at 10 AM in the Members Lounge of the Massachusetts State House.  For more information and to RSVP, contact cwatson@hcfama.org or 617-275-2936.

SMOC is offering its Healthy Habits at Home program, a 6-week series on healthy weight for Metrowest parents. Groups meet one evening per week for six weeks from 6-7 PM in Framingham and are offered in Spanish and English (free childcare is available). The English series will start on January 25 and a Spanish series starts January 28. For more information and to register, please contact Muzna Khimani at 508-620-2376 or muznak@smoc.org
