The Regional Center for Healthy Communities (Metrowest) will hold the first of its two Open Houses on April 3 from 12-3 PM at our offices in Central Square (the next Open House will be held April 30 from 3-6 PM).  For more information, visit our website www.healthier-communities.org

The Cambridge Health Department will celebrate National Public Health Week beginning April 6 with a kick-off of the Public Health Poster Gallery at 4:30 and a special reception by Mayor E. Denise Simmons’ at 5PM at City Hall.

The Watertown Youth Coalition Peer Leaders and their supporters will present a public forum with diversity trainer Paula Parnagian called “I can’t believe you just said that..,” Responding to Hurtful Speech on Thursday, April 16 at 6:30PM at the Watertown Free Public Library, 123 Main Street. 

Somerville Cares About Prevention (SCAP) will hold its first general membership meeting for youth, parents, and Somerville residents to discuss are there enough activities for youth to do after school or on the weekends? on April 23 from 6-8 PM in the 3rd floor conference room of the Visiting Nurses Association, 259 Lowell St in Somerville.
