Mission Statement: To enhance health care access, quality of care and agency collaboration for improved health status of metro west residents with particular emphasis on disadvantaged, low-income, cultural, ethnic and linguistic populations.

Decision Making Structure:
Steering committee will propose recommendations to general membership. When voting is necessary, majority voting will apply.
Shared governance structure of 6 to 8 steering committee members, with a Chair. The Chair would serve 2 years and chair the CHC meetings and the steering committee meetings.
Chair signs off on contracts and release of funds.
